After 20 years of working, experiencing, and accumulating knowledge and experience in the Seafood industry. Dedicated and concerned about the industry upon seeing the staff and workers working in conditions, levels, and qualifications that are quite low, with somewhat distorted negative thinking and mindsets, and lives filled with boredom, pressure, stress, and suffering. This accumulation over months and years has formed a negative working environment, lacking vitality, enthusiasm, responsibility, and effort... leading to work results corresponding only to that level of negative thinking and mindset.

Productivity is not high, quality does not meet customer satisfaction, norms are unstable, the overall efficiency of the company is low (low efficiency leads to already low income and living standards of staff becoming even lower). And that cycle repeats like a 'kimko' loop many times over many years, tightening around us with almost no way out.

With dedication and concern for the mission to do something for the industry. Over the past 3 years, Tan Ngoan and some colleagues have devoted their minds to finding a way to change, building programs, lectures, sharing sessions... aimed at helping workers and officials escape this 'kimko' loop. Helping them recognize and escape from negative thought patterns, prejudices, old and incorrect ways of thinking, to change from within the mind, within the heart... Step by step helping them become better and more skilled. And then, the results of the work they produce every day change, better work in turn helps improve their lives.
